Windows 10: my laptop keep giving me many blue screen and many stop codes in raw and refuse to get to...

Hey, I have windows 10 on my core i3 4th gen since 2016.recently it asked me to download some update called 22H2 something something it started with my old HDD which I think it was almost died but now ok after fixing it and now my new SSD got so many problems of getting many blue screens in raw each with different stop code and refuse to get to desktop, sometimes it make it to desktop but then have blue screens after some time or maybe another day, idk why it happen and how it happen , most shown stop codes are : critical process died, Kernel data inpage error, unexpected store exception,

Computer gives blue screen with a stop code

I'm running windows 10. There was a power outage last night. When I started my computer this morning I got a blue screen with a stop code error.

It says Stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device

My computer worked fine before I went to bed. It has tried auto repair and several other fixes. I stumbled onto a test mode that tested everything from hard drive, to cd/dvd drives, memory etc... there was a whole list of things it tested running down
the left hand of the screen. Everything tested fine except for System. It is also saying something about a time interval error. I'm away from my computer now and I am hoping for some suggestions to try once I get back home this evening. I have completed
a system restore and got the message it was successful. When the computer restarts I get the same blue screen with the came information.
