Windows 10: My laptop keeping flickering while brightness goes brighter

I tried to format the laptop and update the driver of display adaptor but sill not working. My laptop is keep flickering when i tried to get brigher. But It won't flickering when it get darker. The laptop is running in Window 11. Can anyone help me to fix it. Please assist!!

Screen brightness adjusting according to the colour or brightness of image displayed on the screen

The brightness always adjusts when I switch to a image that has a different colour, for example, if I switch from a tab with a black screen to a bright coloured screen then the brightness will adjust and become brighter. The adjustment happens and it goes
through a 5 or so second period where the screen flickers slightly and the screen becomes brighter. How do I stop this from happening?

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.

Change screen brightness

My laptop screen is dull. Need to make it brighter. However the suggestion --> Start - Settings - System - Brightness and color

does not work. It is already set to max. brightness but there is no reaction. Screen remains dull. By the way there is no change if I move slide to minimum brightness, it would not change brightness level at all. Any suggestion?
