Windows 10: My laptop keeps crashing citing a bugcheck.

My laptop is crashing citing a bugcheck, I did some research and I used WinDbg to analyze the dump file. I can't find the reason for craashing. I'm posting the findings from WinDbg below, someone please help me, this is a new laptop and it hasn't even been 1 month since I bought this laptop.SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 3bAn exception happened while executing a system service routine.Arguments:Arg1: 00000000c0000047, Exception code that caused the BugCheckArg2: fffff80479244fcf, Address of the instruction which caused the BugCheckArg3: ffffaf8d665ae1d0, Address of the context record for

BugCheck Crashes

My laptop has Windows 10 64-bit with Anniversary Update. My computer/laptop keeps crashing randomly and when I go to "Event Viewer", it always comes up with bugcheck on each crash... Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thoughts and help GREATLY appreciated

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x0000000000000007, 0x000000004f4e5749, 0x00000000040a0000, 0xffffcc87c0638010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: c349c1a7-9ad7-4093-942d-467fde0a8dde.

Update: Both Chkdsk and Windows Memory Diagnostic came up with no errors.

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
