Windows 10: My laptop keeps crashing sometimes when resuming from hibernate

So recently, I updated my PC from Windows 11 from Windows 10 21H2 and after I resume from hibernation, my PC keeps getting this BSOD UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION and it happens sometimes when I resume from hibernation a few times. Last year, it happened when I updated my Windows 10 version to 20H2, but it did not bluescreen as frequently as now it keeps crashing ranging from a week to a month on the previous OS and I read somewhere there is a crash dump or minidump that gets exported when every time the blue screen happens, but it's NOT generating even if I set it in Startup and Recovery!My sy

Toshiba Satellite S55-B5268 hibernate is not work, when select hibernate, Win 10 goes to hibernate, after about 10 second screen will be black and laptop will be off. When press Power button to resume from Hibernate, after 5 second laptop goes off automatically, and when press the Power button again, Win 10 goes to Log on instead resume from Hibernate.

Yes, I always use Hibernate since laptop is out of power source throughout the night when I bring it home and Hibernate does not use any battery unlike Sleep..

Yes, I thought that computer is restarting as well but I noticed closely and found that when I resume, I do not see the startup screen at all and resume is faster than the normal startup.

All drivers have been updated along with 1909
