Windows 10: My laptop keeps crashing with a white line in the middle

My laptop keeps crashing with a white line in the middle i don't know what to do i switched the ssd and it did not fix it i think its the cpu i have integrated graphics and that's it i made this because i found no info online so anyone can help?

PC White lines

Can somebody tell me why there are white lines on my computer screen that keeps freezing the part below it? it also happens already whenever I open my PC

and sometimes it reaches the middle part of my screen and freezes it for a moment then stops, then re-appears, and vice versa.

these white lines keep on appearing on my screen i just dont get it how but those lines dissapear like 1 second after 1 second like in the above pic the line when that dissapears another line pops up in down of my taskbar then when that line dissapeares it comes above my screen like in the middle like it always shakes my screen like a earthquake so its so annoying

icons on taskbar in windows 10 has a white line under all programs list in it that are open, is there a way of removing it?
