Whenever I have too many apps open on windows 10, my other apps but the one I just opened stop working. So say I open edge, then file explorer and then say task manager, then suddenly everything stops responding but task manager. I've scanned using sfc /scannow and the dism restore health commands to fix corruption, and my files were corrupt, but now the corruption is fixed. along with these errors, sometimes when I am trying to sign in to windows, I get this following error "0x80280013", and every time I try install windows 11 as I am on windows 10 I get this error "0x8007001f", I've tried al

Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows
it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

It can be many things.
Is it a i5 or i7?
On a 5yrs old laptop it's probably overheat due to a dust clogged heat sink.
Do you have a hardware monitor?
My suggestion is open hardware monitor
Download and extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and then run openhardwaremonitor.exe
