Windows 10: My laptop keeps going back to blue screen

When I opened my laptop it didn't charge to turn it on and the blue error screen popped up and fixed all the problems and nothing worked and it kept going back to blue screen, even tried resetting but it still sent me to blue screen. How do I solve this problem?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Blue Error screen not going away

Yes I did receive a Stop Code beside which a QR code was also present.I didn't note it down,I just scanned it using my smartphone.

Well,it keeps on automatically downloading updates from time to time.I don't usually pay them much attention.

On another instance after playing the game,when I clicked on settings,it also lagged but however there was no blue screen.

I really don't know what's the problem.i usually keep my CPU and processor state pegged upto Max 90% in power saver mode cause otherwise it causes overheating.My laptop always runs in clean boot mode.
