Windows 10: My laptop keeps highlighting random buttons

Hi,


Since last week, my laptop would higlight random buttons on my screen, and that would interrupt me from typing and using my keyboard. When I'm on a browser, my PC would endlessly and uncontrollably higlight and switch between the address bar and the tab. It seems like a problem with my keyboard, but I am not sure. I already tried removing and cleaning the "Tab" key, uninstalling and reinstalling my keyboard driver, and even performing a System Restore because I suspected that this might be a problem with a recent update, but nothing has worked.


I guess it's best to show it through a video. Here's a video of what's happening via Google Drive. I can't exactly describe what's happening, so I can't find a matching case on the web.

Using the tab key to hop between text fields highlights all buttons

Hello,
Whenever a dialog box pops up in Windows 10, if it contains text input fields and clickable buttons/radio buttons/checkboxes, pressing the tab key steps through every single item in the dialog box, which is very annoying and, to me, pointless. Do I recall that there might be a way to limit this behaviour so the tab key only highlights text input boxes, and not every single element? I can't find anything useful in Windows 10's Settings/Control Panel - am I missing something or is this not possible?

Can't Highlight words or links.

  Are you not able to highlight the text or link by dragging the left click of the mouse?
  
• 
  Do you get options when you left click on the link or sentence?
  

I suggest you to drag over the sentence or link by holding the left button of the mouse and check if the issue is resolved. Right click on the mouse to show a list of options to do with the highlighted sentence or link.

IE11 not keeps entry when hit back button

I have a little issue with a web up that opens in IE11.
It works when the "thing" is installed on local pc (little installer that creates an icon on desktop pointing to Internal WebServer providing the app).

1. in app list of names is presented. To quickly find the data for particular person the ID is typed in ID Patient field (8888888).




2. the list of data related to the Patient ID 8888888 appears. Each line is clickable...




3. When hit return button, it brings first screen but without the entry 8888888 in ID Patient box that was typed in step 1.
It works fine when running on local pc. But when published by Citrix (the icon delivered to Desktop) the entry not kept.
Citrix Server is 2012 R2 with IE11 (the same that used on local machines).




May be somebody can suggest what IE setting should be adjusted. Something related to web form caching?
