Windows 10: My laptop keeps on saying this and I've waited for more than 2 hours

My laptop every time I switch it on keeps on saying this and I've waited for more than 2 hours

Help my asus laptop refuses to login and keeps saying to wait 2 hours however when i wait 2 hours and try to login it refuses safe mode doesn't work either

Pin entered incorrect... Wait 2 hours

We keep getting the error message that the pin was entered incorrectly too many times, but I KNOW the pin I am entering is correct...

When I try to change my pin it says that it will send a code to my email... And no code ever comes. We have waited the 2 hours and still get the same error.

 

2 Hour Wait Time on Windows 11 HELP!!

I have a 2 hour wait time on my log in page and I would like to know if there is a way to remove that? I have a faulty power supply so I tend to crash every hour or so. Once I load up my PC from it crashing, I put in my password and says I have to wait 2 hours to log in again. The phrase says this happens from unexpected shut downs which I cannot help with the fact I have a faulty power supply that makes my PC crash every hour or so, like i've stated previously. If anyone knows how to remove this or stop it from coming up, please let me know!
