Windows 10: My laptop keeps randomly freezing with an often glitch sound if something was playing on...

So far I've tried a lot of different solutions. Among those, I did clean windows reinstall two weeks ago. Didn't help.Laptop gets completely frozen. Even caps lock if it was on stays on forever after freezing. I have to do a hard reset every time.I suspected an issue with the graphics card at first, but I'm able to play games completely fine. Whatsmore, it never froze while I was playing. Only when laptop was idle, locked, YouTube, or Discord active.Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

My laptop keep freezing randomly without any reason,
What I have tried:

• Cleaned the fan and use a new thermal paste.
  
• Full format to the whole harddisk with a fresh windows 10.
  
• I removed the second internal harddisk, and only use one.
  
• I checked the harddisk for errors or bad partiotion "everything clean"
  
• I checked the RAM if there is an errors or something but also it's clean.
  
• I bought one peace of ram instead of two, samsung 8 DDR3 and checked the hrts, everything is correct, but still the same.
  
• I removed all external devices like USB, mouse, printer, everything, also still the same.
  

Any idea what is going on with my laptop?
Note: my laptop is only 1 year old, and freez randomly like two - four times a day, sometimes when I'm working, and sometimes even if the laptop just ON.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Laptop FREEZES randomly!

I have a HCL laptop with Intel core i5(m520),4 gb ram ddr3 1333Mhz, 512 gb hdd, every update installed on windows 10(non-insider).My laptop freezes randomly while working, the mouse works but every thing else behind freezes also in game like half life 2,
etc it freezes and starts repeating the sounds (for example: go,go,go,go) till the laptop recovers but if a level in the game is repeated i.e. played again and again it doesn't freezes and runs smooth.I think my laptop freezes when I am doing new things which
are not repeated, please help!

Also I have tried all other methods like running "scf /scannow" in cmd, troubleshoot, etc.

Please help!
