    My laptop keeps restarting


    I was on my laptop and no apps would open, I suspected it was probably something I had just downloaded that I don’t believe was a virus but I went to uninstall it and file explorer wouldn’t open, to get rid of it I reset my laptop as it didn’t have much installed on it anyway. After I reset it it was all working fine and then it got to the installing windows screen. At about 40% my laptop restarted and then went back to the same screen, restarting again right after. Whenever I start up my laptop now it will just do this on loop and no progress is made. What should I do?

    • Which build, version and edition of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
    • What is the make and model of your laptop?
    • What changes were made to the device before this issue happened?
    • Have you encountered any error messages when the computer restarts?

    Laptop keep restarting

    Hi Elias,

    Thank you for the update.

    Since the laptop crashes before you can perform any troubleshooting step, I would suggest you to contact the laptop manufacturer in this regard.

    Please revert if you face any issues with Windows in future.
