    my laptop keeps running and the little blue circle by the cursor keeps flashing


    My laptop sounds like something keeps running in the background and the cursor arrow has the little blue circle constantly flashing. Microsoft support disabled my biometric devices he said it was for my mouse. It worked for a couple of minutes and now it is back doing it. Any thoughts?
