    Laptop not starting correctly.

    When I turn on my laptop it shows the sign in screen with a blue background, after I enter the password it tries to start my laptop but fails and says "Automatic Repair

    Your pc did not start correctly"

    If I press restart it turns on with a blue screen "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart, and so the cycle continues.

    if I click advanced options and try to launch it with safe mode same thing happens.

    Is there a way to fix this?
