Windows 10: my laptop keeps saying roblox studio isnt a microsoft verified app, pls tell me how to fix it

my laptop is a hp 15s im pretty sure. Roblox studio isnt on the microsoft store so i downloaded it from the website and when i tried to open it it said it isnt a microsoft verified app, i have updated the laptop and all but still nothing

Microsoft Store says Roblox is "owned" but there is no trace of Roblox on my laptop

I am trying to download the Roblox app onto a new laptop.

Microsoft Store says that i now "own" Roblox.

There is no evidence of Roblox on my laptop.

I have followed every step in this article, but these steps have not helped:

Can't install the app, it shows "owned", but I don't - Microsoft Community

Laptop requirements to run Roblox Studio?

I have decided to buy a new laptop for running Roblox Studio as my current laptop (4GB RAM, Intel Core- i3) lags a lot when running simple scripts/creating 3D objects.

The requirements stated on the Roblox website is really misleading. My new choosed laptop has-

• 8GB of RAM
  
• Intel Core i5 11th Gen
  
• NVIDIA MX350 2GB Graphics
  
• 512GB SSD
  

I want to create roblox experiences/games like Rainbow Friends, Doors etc... I dont want any type of lag.

Are these enough to run roblox studio and blender for creating 3D stuff?
