Windows 10: My Laptop Keeps shutting down after I took it for repairs, please help!

Disclaimer: I know nothing about this typa of Microsoft Laptop things. In fact my laptop shut down as I started opening this comment so if it's rushed or published missing. I apologize and will update it properly later.With that being said, I took the cheaper route, since a buying another laptop like my own costs about $500, and this was a birthday gift, so I went to a laptop repair place I found on google maps. Yes, I know, I know. But it was only $250 and I got it fixed. Based off of my text with him he said my laptop has : a random shut down, blue screen of death, Palm rest replacement and

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

To assist you better, I would like to ask what are the methods that you have tried to solve the issue.

The issue might occur if the computer is not shut down properly. so, I suggest you to perform a power drain by follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
