Windows 10: My laptop keeps spamming the letter "J"

Hello Paul Navera! Similar to Ineedhelp my laptop also spams one key which is the letter "j" I have tried running windows security to see if there is any malware and have also tried running keyboard tester. Both when tested kept spamming "j" especially when I was trying the keyboard tester. Though it seems to be coming from the keyboard itself since a green outline is seen around the key "j". What should I do?

My laptop keeps spamming the letter p. I reinstall windows but i still experience it.

I have downloaded keytweak and disabled the letter p and now it doesnt work (i copied and pasted this p that im using to make this post) but i can obviously enable it again but then it would keep on spamming. If i hit the right arrow, it would start spamming.

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

My computer somehow spamming J

Please fix this problem. So just now was going to enter my password in the login screen then it started spamming J in my computer no keys were stuck pressed and I wasn't holding any. Now I'm typing this in my phone. I was spamming XC for a bit (that was the solution but didn't work) then I tried to swipe my keyboard. I got blood on my pinky. Now I ran out of ideas. So please help me
