Windows 10: My laptop keyboard is not functioning well how do i fixed it help me

I recently got a laptop "HP elitebookx360 1030 G3" the touch screen was fine but the keyboard of the laptop is not whenever i click the "w" it turn on the airplane mode ,when i click "s" it open calculator it really has a lot of problems since im not a tech person and its also my first time having a laptop.The brightness also got dimmer when i click fn and w cause i though it would fix my keyboard but it got worse i tried to adjust in setting but it doesn't work anymore and also the caps lock is reverse when i turn it on its on lower case also when i click it it put me to settings also i

Intermittent keyboard non-functioning


I use a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every now and then, often enough to be irritating, the keyboard fails to function: the mouse works properly. The keyboard problem persists for a few minutes, after which it works again. There is no discernable pattern to this problem.

This is the third wireless keyboard to show the same problem, suggesting something is wrong elsewhere.

The keyboard batteries are not responsible for the failure.

On the same desk is a cordless telephone.

Any helpful suggestions would be very gratefully received.
