Windows 10: My laptop keyboard just don't function properly and it gives wrong inputs

Hi, I left a HP 15s gr00 laptop for screen repair, when i came back i found out about some issues with my laptop keyboard sometimes or most times my laptop keyboard gives wrong input such as when i press Win + Prnt sc it opens up game bar andan another instance when i double click on softwares, it opens their properties for some reason. I don't know what could be the reason. Sometimes for temporary my keyboard seems to work completely fine like a normal keyboard but most times i can't able to use my keyboard properly. I have also turned off sticky keys and other settings even tried changing la

Intermittent keyboard non-functioning


I use a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every now and then, often enough to be irritating, the keyboard fails to function: the mouse works properly. The keyboard problem persists for a few minutes, after which it works again. There is no discernable pattern to this problem.

This is the third wireless keyboard to show the same problem, suggesting something is wrong elsewhere.

The keyboard batteries are not responsible for the failure.

On the same desk is a cordless telephone.

Any helpful suggestions would be very gratefully received.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.
