Windows 10: My laptop keyboard wont allow me to press certain keys together.

The shift key with "c", d and some I specifically use to play something "d" with "j", "k", "l" and ";". It happened already with a but I did something to fix but for the life of me I cant remember what I did also its completely ok if I use an external keyboard.

Suggest you to launch the on-screen keyboard to check if the issue persists.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Further, you may also boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the system.
These programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Equals Key Wont Work

We suggest that you update the keyboard driver. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Next and follow the steps in the wizard that appears.
