Windows 10: My laptop keyboard work strange

HelloI don't know what happened, a few days ago were fine.-Capslock are off but light are still on, -As i press any keyexcept D, Backspace capslock light are almost turned off-I cant use D and Backspace keys anymore-Some how D and Backpace keys works but i must press withLeft or Right FN key-if Capslock are on and press FN + Backspace pastes text "1324798\"What is the reason for this? probably not a virus, the language and layout is unchanged,,drivers are ok, the FN + Esc keys do not unlock anything. when I take Toubleshoot, it doesn't detect anything that is wrong.Perhaps something

strange behaviour keyboard ps/2 of my laptop

This is not necessarily a driver or Windows or software issue.

I would suggest that you try a different keyboard via USB or bluetooth. If the issue continues, then we know it is software, otherwise it is a defective keyboard on the laptop. I think this step is crucial to help us narrow down our next step.

 

laptop keyboard and touchpad not working

Problem: computer starts up normally and goes to the password log-in screen, but nothing happens when I try to enter the password. The computer doesn't appear to see any keystrokes.
Solutions tried:

1. rebooted
2. removed and replaced main battery
3. attached USB keyboard
4. hit Enter key on startup: successful in opening the Advance Options menu, but am unable to take any of the actions because all require that I enter the laptop password
5. looked for an onscreen keyboard, but there isn't one because this isn't a touch screen computer

Why I think this is a Windows issue:

1. the computer recognizes when I hit the Enter key on startup
2. the USB keyboard doesn’t work
3. the keyboard touchpad doesn’t work, but the attached USB mouse DOES work
