Windows 10: My laptop keys all seem to be jumbled

    My laptop keys all seem to be jumbled


    On my HP Pavilion notebook the keys are all jumbled up.



    Some keys on click are a totally different letter.

    Some keys on click enter multiple times.

    Some keys don't work at all.



    I tried an external keyboard, which works fine. The keys don't work when in safe mode either, and I also tried booting into system diagnostics - and tested the keyboard, however, the keys lighting up on the screen were totally different to the keys I was pressing.



    I've tired uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers, and also tried changing keyboard language, and resetting / changing keyboard mappings.



    What could be the issue?

    e71 keys jumbled..

    yes i also have urdu keypad. i am in lahore. and my keys r still jumbled...dont know what to do...

    can a hard reset fix it?

    Jumble won't advance to next level.

    I indicated Windows 10 and "ease of access" which I'm not sure what that means, but they didn't list Games so this was the only way to get a post.

    • I am at level 80 in Jumble.
    • I have all correct words, bonuses, et.
    • I have 3 stars.
    • But I'm supposed to go thru a "gate" but every time I click on it, it tells me I have to get at least one star.
    • Ran the troubleshooter for Jumble with no results.
    • I installed and reinstalled Ultimate Word Games.
    • Called Microsoft support but they didn't tell me to do something that I had already done. They did send a link but their article did not solve the issue.

    Any geniuses out there with suggestions? Thanks!

    e71 keys jumbled..

    no it does not got fixed with a reset..

    i live in middle east, pakistan. and i just upgraded the firmware the latest one 200.21.118. and now by pressing the full stop butten i get a quesstion mark...and many other keys are jumbled.

    errrr....Nokia....
