Windows 10: My laptop lags when it loads things in

So basically when my laptop loads something in it lags. For example when I am playing a game and I shoot it freezes for about 7 seconds and then it unfreezes and after I shoot it doesn't lag because the gun effects are loaded in and this happens with everything, when I type in the search bar in Microsoft Edge it freezes for a couple seconds and it starts working again, when I click on the action panel it takes some time to load and after its loaded if I keep clicking it after that it opens instantly, I really don't know why this is happening I've reset my laptop fully but it didn't fix it and

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Please log in as normal. Open only the task manager.

About 3 minutes after logging in, post a screenshot of your task manager, Processes tab - thus:

Loading Lags?

What type of format you doing a quick one at windows install point ?

Make sure you use all the drivers supplied from the Asus website offline before you connect to the internet ?

Most of the Cosair ram is listed as 3,200mhz on Asus website

Have you updated the bios to the latest AGESA code update, very important this can help with ram compatability problems also ?
