    My laptop lowers the processor frequency to 0.38 GHz


    I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1570 but when I play a video game or run a heavy program for 5 minutes on average, the laptop lowers the frequency to 0.38 GHz. I tried changing the charger, killing the battery and forcing the processor but nothing. And my laptop's fans don't seem to work because they don't sound anything in the heavy processes
