    Issue: After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I am unable to connect to the 2.4GHz wifi network and cannot see the 5GHz network on my Dell Inspiron N5050 personal laptop, purchased 12 years ago. The network wifi adapter is Dell Wireless1702 802.11bgn. Previously, my wifi router only supported 2.4GHz, but I upgraded to a TP Link Archer C5 router that supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Other devices can connect to the new router, but my personal Dell laptop cannot. When I reset the TP Link router, I am able to temporarily connect my laptop, but the issue persists after a power
