Windows 10: My laptop Not working After System Restore and just Stay at Blue Screen.. CRITICAL ERROR

Good Day, can anyone help me to my laptop Stop Code Problem after I did the restore system setting. The critical issue appear and I can open my laptop now. And when I go to recovery and advance setting after I click the command prompt there is a user name and asking my password. I type every password I know but I can't access. Pls help me. Before that happened someone access my laptop with anydesk and he remote my laptop. Is that hacking?

Blue Screen- Critical Process Died

My sister's laptop suddenly got the blue screen error with the code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. She mostly uses the laptop for school and some important tests is on the way.

We've been struggling all day with this problem. We've tried troubleshooting it using

• "Startup Repair",
  
• "Command Prompt",
  
• " System Restore",
  

But still nothing.

I've installed a Windows Bootable Media on a seperate USB, but I don't know if it'll delete all her personal info.

Please let me know if there is any way to save her laptop and if I should use the Wndows Bootable Media.
