Windows 10: My Laptop randomly crashes prompting bitlocker

I never encountered this issue before where my laptop started randomly crashing and prompting bitlocker i tried turning it off and decrypting my files but it crash halfway now my whole laptop is not launching im stuck on the loading screen where its attempting repairs.

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.

My laptop has been crashing randomly

My laptop has been crashing randomly. (youtube, games, just turning it on)

There has been 2 stop codes that I see; ''Thread stuck in device driver'' and ''DPC Watchdog Violation''

I just bought this laptop and the only thing I've done is installed an extra 8GB of RAM.

I've read a few similar problems and I have updated drivers and I have ran the memory test but it still randomly crashes.

I really need help and I'm willing to go through it step-by-step.
