Windows 10: My laptop randomly freezes and restarts

I just got new Surface 7 laptop and it randomly makes a beep sound, freezes and restarts. Is this a compatibility issue with some software or is it something else?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I have Mini PC from Zotac modelmagnus en1060k) it randomly freezes and restart

Troubleshooting I have done:

• Memory test was ok
  
• Reinstall windows 10
