Windows 10: My Laptop Randomly restart or blue screen and stuuck on bio because no boot priority

so in my case my laptop randomly blue screen and restar and stuck on bios because no boot priority on it, but the 2 of my ssd storage is detected and fine, but the boot priority gone . i randomly get this issue like 2 month and i fix with spaming Save&ExitF10 when stuck on bios until it load to windows.i hate it, can someone help meee...

Boot priority in BIOS is unresponsive

I cloned my boot drive (HDD) to another drive (SSD) and both are showing in the BIOS boot priority but I can't change the priority. I was wondering if formatting HDD will remove it from the priority list to it sets SSD to default.

I have an issue with my laptop randomly going to a blue screen saying your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. Then it goes to internal hard disk drive not found which takes me
to the windows boot manager. Then I can go into UEFI Firmware settings and under the BOOT tab there are 4 Boot Options listed under Boot Option Priorities:

Boot Option #1 [Windows Boot Manager]

Boot Option #2 [Windows Boot Manager]

Boot Option #3 [Onboard NIC (IPV4)]

Boot Option #4 [Onboard NIC (IPV6)]

The long and the short is that only one windows boot manager will load windows and I have to disable the other one to get it to load. its tricky to figure out which one will work and which one has to be disabled. This wouldn't be an issue if the windows
boot manager that didn't work stayed disabled but within a few hours to a day the screen goes back to the blue screen and I have to start over to continue working.

 

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
