Windows 10: My laptop randomly restarts or crashes.

HelloFirst of all I am very disappointed by microsoft support, I have made several threads yet i have not got any fix for my problem.So, I decided to dig deep into the problem on my own and i have found some event id's which might be related to the problem i am facing.Event Id 41 [ Occurs when the system randomly restarts for when i force shutdown through powerbutton as the windows crashes with a black screen]Event ID 46 WHEA-LOGGER [ I have a lot of them popping in the event viewer]Event ID 125 Kernel Power [ It occurs just before when the system restarts and throws the Event ID 41]And last i

Laptop Randomly Restarts / Turns Off and comes on with No Wifi

This problem most likely results from a malfunctioning driver for your WiFi adapter. We can get more background about why you are experiencing this by looking into several factors why the adapter fails to run correctly. Kindly answer these questions:

Do you get any errors when the laptop restarts?

Did the problem start after installing updates or new programs?

Have you noticed if the restarts are triggered by certain programs or operations?

We can run the Network Adapter Troubleshooter to find and troubleshoot errors with the WiFi adapter on your laptop. Here's how you can perform the suggestion:

Click on Start.

Type Troubleshooting then press Enter.

I dont get any errors when the laptop restarts, but it happens randomly and instantly everything shuts down with no warning. Its not like a restart because it doent say restart it just turn off. And sometimes switches ot self back on.

I dont think I have downloaded any applications to cause the problem.

Te problem happens randomly, i think most of the time when im using the internet or using cpu heavy applications. But i think it happens randomly.

I tried the troubleshootin and it doest have the wifi adapter when it randomly shuts down. It just shows ethernet and bluetooth adapter. When i restart it again wifi works.
