I had previously reported this as it seemed to be when the laptop was put to sleep but this time, I logged onto the laptop as usual and it had the same image when I last logged in approximately 10 hours ago.I loaded Chrome and was on a betting site amongst other tabs and as it was loading a page, the laptop just froze and I waited a while and the laptop restarted and a different image was shown on the login screen.It seemed to be okay when it changed the image before when I left it in sleep mode but for it to restart when I was using the laptop means I am going to disable Spotlight now indef

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.
