Windows 10: My Laptop restarting in blue screen "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart"

My laptop restarting occasionally while working, bluescreen appears "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you" what would be the reason and solution for that?

STOP CODE. Blue screen saying my pc ran into a problem and needs to restart.

While using my laptop, it just crashed. It happens every now and then. A blue screen appears saying my pc ran into a problem and it needs to restart. I checked the site windows.com/stopcode and followed the suggested fix which is the clean boot. But it
did not solved the problem. My laptop still crashed. It's been months already. Some of the stop codes are SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, INTERNAL POWER ERROR AND THE IRQL something. Can somebody suggests a possible solution? Thank you.
