Windows 10: My laptop reverts back to a homepage, within a minute or less, while I am on any site.

Hello all: Windows 10 About a year or so ago, while I was working on my laptop, my screen closed and I was unexpectantly thrown back to my Bing picture page screen saver?, which follows my desktop page, then my sign-in page. If I catch my page closing, I can click on the page with the mouse, and if I can't catch it, I click on each of them and it will bring me back to the page I was working on, it's not lost. About EVERY minute I am on ANY site, this happens. It is very disruptive especially while following directions or balancing a checkbook. I contacted my Dell support, and after ma

Homepage reverts to Bing on start up


If your referring to the homepage in Edge, you have to set it both as your homepage and your start screen and remove the bing start page. It's a bit convoluted but its all done in the Edge settings. You have to tell it to open with a specific page, pick custom and enter in the url for the site you want. You also have to remove the bing site that's listed there. This is just another reason that I'll play with Edge to see how it develops but I'll continue to use Explorer for the time being.
