Windows 10: my laptop running with Windows 10 will not print a word document

Discus and support my laptop running with Windows 10 will not print a word document in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; The printer is connected to the desktop computer in our office and will print.     my laptop running with Windows 10 will not print a word document


    The printer is connected to the desktop computer in our office and will print. Another laptop in the house is able to print wirelessly. Only my own laptop will not print wirelessly. I ran the troubleshooter for the printer on my laptop and there are no problems. The internet is connected. I completely unplugged everything then let it sit for a bit and plugged everything back in. Again, it is only my laptop unable to print.

    Printing Word Document

    Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

    Any suggestions??

    Windows 10 printing issue while printing picture from Document files.

    This issue might occur if there is change in printer settings.

    To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

    • When you say that "I cannot print a picture from my Documents file", are you trying to print a picture present in a word document file or trying to print a picture on Windows 10?

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the Microsoft Help Article about printer related issues and check if it helps.

    Printing word docs

    I have windows 10 and Microsoft office 16.

    Suggestions did not work. I problem lies with emailed documents which are in word. New word documents print.

    The printer reads printing reports.
