Windows 10: My laptop says connected and secured, but it doesn't let me access the internet.

For the past few weeks I've been trying to fix this problem. It says it is connected and secured but it won't actually connect. I've tried tons of things and it still won't work. Can anybody give me ideas on how to fix this?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Internet accessible only through IE

As the title says it only IE can access the internet. It's on my laptop with a wireless connection. The system was affected by virus and some permissions are still blocked. I'm positive that maximum of the virus is gone. How do I restore permissions like changing security center settings? No other browser is able to access the internet.

In the same boat. My laptop and android phones connect with no issues. My computer now says "no internet, secured"

I have attempted all the steps above with no luck...

What do I try next? Can't believe windows 10 is unable to connect to the internet......
