Windows 10: My laptop screen goes black whenever I touch a certain point

A few weeks back, my laptop got hit by sth at an impact. The point of contact was at the bottom left on the back of the screen, near the power button and so we had to replace it because it was cracked. The new screen started out fine but a few days in, it started going black whenever I lifted or moved the laptop slightly the computer is still on but the screen goes black . Eventually the screen just displayed a whitish screen with what looks like ‘crack lines from the inner screen’ I don’t know how to describe it but the visible screen is intact. Laptop goes to black screen in 2 minutes.


Hello,
Just installed Windows 10 yesterday. I have a Toshiba laptop.
When no programs are running and I'm not working on the laptop, it automatically goes to a black screen now after 2-3 minutes. When I then touch a button or the mouse, it goes back to normal screen, and I can also see the internet connecting again.
All my screensavers/shutdowns are set on 10 minutes or more.

What can cause this?
