Windows 10: My Laptop Show Gibrish language in all screen

Hello everyone, I am Hrutwik. I work on Dell laptop, Windows 8.1 install in my laptop. Today mording my laptop get hang and not work properly then I remove battery start the laptop. I saw giberish language everywhere in my laptop exect browsers. Some of setting item shows the normal english languge. I try lots of time to fix it but it not resolve. I am student and finacialy weak so I cant buy new laptop. So I need a help. Help me please

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Typing language problem

Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?

 

Looking for help with laptop screen

It's quite easy to replace a screen, try to find a disassembly guide for the specific model of laptop so you have a step by step indication of where to take screws out and what clips to unclip. There might be some youtube videos as well. Always make sure the replacement screen is compatible as there can be different connectors.
