Windows 10: my laptop shows a black image but the mouse is still visible

Discus and support my laptop shows a black image but the mouse is still visible in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I need help, my laptop shows a black image but the mouse is still visible.     I need help, my laptop shows a black image but the mouse is still visible. How can I get rid of the black image?

    Mouse not visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center

    I use Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard and Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, The first is visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center, but not the mouse. The mouse
    does work, however one of the reasons I have chosen this particular mouse is the additional settings in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, which I cannot use.

    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. No improvement.

    The mouse is on the list of supported devices and I'm surprised by this issue as I have never heard such a problem before. It is my second Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse.

    i am watching netflick on my laptop and the screen goes black after 15 seconds or so and i have to wiggle the mouse to get pic back any suggestions

    Screen turns black with my mouse pointer visible and movable

    Please help me somebody.. My laptop screen turns black and there is only mouse pointer visible and movable nothing else. I can't enter to safe mode also. I've win 10 os in my pc. When I updated it, its update installation process was running and suddenly
    it turn screen black. I don't know what to do. Please help me out.
