Windows 10: my laptop shutdown automatically after -+2 minutes i unplug it from the charger

my laptop shutdown automatically after -+2 minutes i unplug it from the charger. when i try to boot it, after the boot has done it just shutdown immediately. then i try to plug the charger, it it booted successfully, and it can only last long when i plug the charger. even though the battery is full, when i unplug it, after 2 minutes it just automatically shutting down again. can anyone help me? thanks..

Windows 10: sudden shutdown on laptop when power charger is unplugged 2.

My laptop running Windows 10 Home Version 1709 keeps turning off when the battery reaches around 30%. I searched for updates and installed them, restored the Battery saving options and tried without success the following
options found in a similar post from 2015. Does anyone know how to fix it? It´s disrupting my workflow badly and I am on a deadline!!!

Method 1:

• Control Panel (view by: Small icons) > Power Options > Change plan settings > Restore default settings for this plan
• Control Panel (view by: Small icons) > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > Processor power management > System cooling policy
  • On Battery: set to Active
  • Plugged in: set to Active
• Repeat this trick for each power plan (Power saver, Balanced, High performance, etc.)

Method 2:

• Shutdown the computer.
• Unplug AC adapter.
• Hold the power button for 30 seconds at minimum.
• Plug in AC adapter.
• Let the computer load the battery at full capacity.

My laptop shuts down as soon as I unplug my charger.

I tried the below method of troubleshooting:

Unplug your Laptop and remove the battery

Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds

Plug your laptop back in and replace the Battery

Start your PC.

When I perform the above steps and then remove the charger, the laptop works fine on battery.

However, when I plug in in again and then remove the charger it shuts down again.

And I have to repeat the procedure again to use it on battery.

How can I permanently fix this issue?
