Windows 10: My laptop shutdown unexpectedly

HI I was wondering if I could ask a question please. Today I have noticed especially today that when I am reading something on the internet my laptop will just shutdown for no reason. I then have to push the power button to return my laptop back and then my laptop will work for a while with out any problems. The following happened to me twice so far today. I tried to fix this by rolling back the network driver on my computer today. This issue continues to happen though I have a copy of an error message that happened today below:Log Name: System Source: Netwtw10 Date:

Hello, i have the following issue, my laptop shutdowns unexpectedly and in the event viewer it showns that there was a cirtical error kernel power id 41 task category 63, i have no idea whats going on please help me, i
have windows 10.

• Select Troubleshooting from the results.
• Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.

Laptop shutdowns unexpectedly

First of all, thanks for answer to me and for your support.

I allready did some things:

- I sent my laptop to an establishment for cleaning, in there they disassemble the computer and clean it, and did some test like change the ram memory, reboot, cleaning de fan, and see some videos in youtube, but nothing was
useful, because when i saw more than 2 videos at the same time the laptop shutdowns again.

- I followed your instructions but my laptop don´t generate DMP files; i allready changed the options in manner to see hidden files and for see protected operating system files, but nothing, also i saw the regedit.exe and
followed the steps for set up the options for DMP files and it´s the same the laptop shutdowns and don´t generate any dump file.

- I tried to do the memtest and put the iso file and the bootable version in a usb but maybe it is too old because i didn´t make the reboot from the usb.

- I also change te options of power settings to a plan of maximum performance and the problem comes out to be as all the time... when the laptop stress it shutdowns.

So here we are, thanks a lot for your possible help!
