Windows 10: My laptop shuts down as soon as I unplug my charger.

My laptop shuts down as soon as I unplug my charger. I tried the below method of troubleshooting:Unplug your Laptop and remove the batteryPress and hold the Power button for 30 secondsPlug your laptop back in and replace the BatteryStart your PC. When I perform the above steps and then remove the charger, the laptop works fine on battery. However, when I plug in in again and then remove the charger it shuts down again. And I have to repeat the procedure again to use it on battery. How can I permanently fix this issue?

Let us isolate your concern by providing us the following information:

• When you say "as soon as I unplug power source it shuts down", is it still initiating to shut down or it shuts down automatically?
• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the update?

My laptop upgraded to Windows 10 and now it's been stuck on the blue shutting down screen for days. Help.

As per the screen shot that you have send, I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to access your desktop. To do so follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Windows 10 automatic shutdown, as soon as charger is connected.

Since a few days, my laptop is encountering a problem. As soon as I connect my laptop to charger, a command prompt window appears and in few miliseconds, computer automatically shuts down. This only happens, while the laptop is in active stage. When the
computer is in sleep mode, I am able to charge it to maximum and then use without connecting charger in active mode. But I cant rely on this method always. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
