Windows 10: my laptop shuts off any time i play higher requirement games, but it wasnt like that ever...

well ive got to say, a few month ago ive had a virus from a crypto currency scam and my laptop was totally buggy at this time. Ive got help from the professionals of malewarebytes, guiding me through steps, and it got better to be fair, but it was still not quite working as before. so ultimately ive reset my laptop keeping all my data. maybe i shouldve reset it totally. and still, it was much better, but not as quite good as before.before that incident, my laptop has never shut down during any game, but now it does after a few minutes. MSI GT783R laptop shuts down when playing games

hi everone.

for the past week my MSI GT783R gaming laptop have been shutting down when playing games.
after starting a game within a minute or 2, the laptop will shut itself off without warning, then start-up again.
after that it usually shuts off again mid-boot or just after it loaded windows.

a few things i have noticed and tried:
1) it only happens when the AC charger is plugged in, both when battery is hooked to the laptop or not.
2) GPU and CPU temps are below 80c when the shut down happens
3) i already suspected an overheating issue, opened up the laptop, cleaned both CPU and GPU and their heatsinks + fan and applied new thermal paste (Arctic MX-4).
4) tried using a different AC charger, from my brothers GT780DXR laptop.
5) i formatted my pc and did a clean windows 7 64-bit install.

despite all of the steps above the issue yet remains.
i scoured google for the past week with no luck.

please help me!

"Video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" while playing games on my Dell G3 laptop ?

So every time I play a game after like half an hour or so, my game crashes (blue screen giving the error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR ), then when I relaunch the laptop my discrete GPU is gone, like missing from task manager and hidden in device manager. To fix it I have to restart my laptop then the Nvidia drivers come back and when I play my games again the same problem happens after a few minutes of playing the game. It's never happened unless I'm playing a game.
I have tried:

• reinstalling the graphics driver from NVIDIA.
  
• removing the graphics driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the latest one.
  
• running sfc and dism
  
  None of the above methods helped.
  My laptop is out of warranty so don't suggest I take it to the Dell service center as they will just say to replace the motherboard, I know that and that will be like buying a new laptop.

  RTX 2060 6gb
  16Gb ram
  256Gb SSD

My laptop shuts down while playing certain games

I'm using a 4 year old gaming laptop without batteries (because it died). When I play specific games like Rainbow 6 Siege or Mount and Blade Bannerlord my laptop shuts down completely. But when I play Monster Hunter World (I think it's a more demanding game than R6S and M&B) it doesn't happen.
