Windows 10: My Laptop started flashing these colors: Red Blue green white and Black I think

So I connected my Dell Latitude 3140 Laptop to a monitor screen, for a month, and one family member disconnected the laptop charger cable and the Monitor cable. And the next day when I turn it on. Only the Capslock light and the power light on the side turns on, but the laptop doesn’t boot up. My Laptop just has power running but no sign of it turning on. The problem is that I have alot of Important data on there, I mentioned this incase if the Laptop is fully done. By the way, the colors that flashed on my screen was a one-time and never again. I could really use the help that I need if there

My computer has flashing screens with colors like red, blue, green, black, and white

Today, I accidentally screwed up when I saw five flashing screens with the colors, red, blue, green, black, and white on my computer because I didn’t see that coming. I unplugged all of my cords, restarted my computer, and make it work. After that, I did
some diagnostic tests with my memory and drives to male sure that my computer is still fine every day. I sure hope this helps me fix the problem, I guess.

 

Red blue green white flashing screen after windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading to Windows 10 all was well for 5 days. In the middle of a project my screen started flashing red blue green white and I haven't been able to do anything. I cannot get into safe mode. I can hear windows starting but all I see is the colored
screen. Please help! Cannot afford to purchase a new computer.

 

On start up my screen turns red, green,blue,white, black

On start up my screen turns red, green,blue,white, black not turning on. When I press the start button on of a few times I'm lucky to get in what could I try, I am at my end and wonder if I should try go back to Windows 7??
