Windows 10: My laptop started lagging suddenly and I want to know what I should do about it because I'm...

The type of lag I'm experiencing is low fps and audio or video delay one is faster than the other. Opening things have gotten a bit slower but not as noticeably as the other problems.Before this my laptop froze glitched for about 15 seconds then flashed the blue screen thing but only for a second, then it shut down on its own. After I powered it on and logged in that is when I noticed the changes.I don't know what to and I don't know what it is so i would really appreciate some guidance, just tell me if you need any information just tell me how to get it because I won't know how.
