Windows 10: My laptop still thought I'm in China.

I came back from China to Malaysia for nearly a month, but my laptop still showing me weather of China. The default language of my laptop is English but at the bottom right corner the weather is shown as Chinese. What's more important is those applications I have installed on my laptop can't work Whatsapp, Discord, Kapersky etc. Those apps kept showing no connections and I don't know why. My browser is working just fine but it shows nothing on my homepage, I need to insert the page on the search bar.

Can't Update Zune in China.

I created a new WLID account and it works even though I changed the Region to China. I will figure out what is wrong with my old account.

Now, I can see the step 2 "Your Account Info" page. But China is not in the country list... Could you verify?

Cannot Download China Map for Windows Maps

I have a Lumia 950 XL with latest generally available Windows 10 Mobile. I have downloaded and updated a number of offline maps for the Microsoft / Windows 10 Offline Maps app, but when I try and download a China map (Beijing & Guangdong Provinces), China
does not appear in the Asia list (or any other list).

I did have these installed until recently (some problems with updating the maps) but now they are the only ones I can't find to download.

Have the China maps been withdrawn or is there some other problem and if so, can anyone offer a suggestion on how to find the China maps?
