Windows 10: my laptop stop working. What is the closest location near Capital Drive that I can bring it...

I just purchase my laptop from best buy last year, for some reason it stop working, it will not come on. Best buy geek squad did check it out and could not fix it.

CD DRIVE STOPPED WORKING

I have an Acer laptop and used the cd drive very frequently, ripping cds. The drive has stopped working. Cannot open the tray and the drive is not recognized in the settings. Suggestions? Thank you.
