Windows 10: My Laptop Struck At Restarting Page! Please Help

Dear Sir,

Just a while ago, I have upgrade windows 10 from windows 8.1 in my Lenovo laptop(model no:s440), which comes with 64bit. Everything was fine, until I open some pictures. The photo opening software was not responding for long time. Hence I shut down the
system and try to restart. During restart, my system struck with welcome page and not moving further. its keep on loading, so kindly advise how to solve this issue.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

First of all thanks for reply.

I was not struck on download, download was completed I was struck on "preparing to installing" screen. It was struck on that screen for 2 hours and due to frustration I restarted my laptop and then windows 10 automatically start installing on my laptop.
