Windows 10: my laptop stuck and only way is to unplug it

sometimes when i am using my laptop it gets stuck on the screen where it was and even my mouse cursor gets stuck and everything will unusable until i unplug my laptop.i cannot even put it on sleep by pressing its power button.i thought the problem is from my antivirus but when i deleted it, it happened to me again. antivirus name: IObit malware fighter.most of times it happens when i am in chrome browser but sometimes it is happening when i am using other software's.

Initially, I suggest you to unplug all the external devices connected to the system (except keyboard and mouse) and try to reboot to check if the issue persists.

If your using a laptop then, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps

Power Drain

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec.
• Plug the charger/power cord and reboot the system

Also, suggest you to restart the system multiple times and check if it works.

Laptop Shuts Down when Unplugged

Yes I did, but that didn't work either.

How do I drain my battery? My laptop won't stay on for longer than a couple minutes when unplugged.

Could you please list down the steps for solutions 4 and 5?

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair
