Windows 10: My laptop stuck at 63% while resetting

My laptop stuck at 63% while resetting. I have a Dell Inspiron 3505 laptop with configuration: Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon graphics processor, 8GB RAM, 265GB SSD and Windows 11 Home Single Language. It has been stuck for 9 hours, what I can do now.

Original Title: reset laptop

I bought an Acer. When the laptop was switched on at the shop, i skipped the step where i had to insert my microsoft email add.

The laptop was functioning normally, windows 10 were installed. Then at home, i tried to sign in but it didnt work out. I went back to the shop and they had to reset the laptop but its stuck at 99%. The resetting is taking hours and hours. Is this normal?
All programs have been lost as well. Please help.

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
