Windows 10: My laptop suddenly started overworking and mause cursor started lagging

Hello, I have MSI GS66 STEALTH and this morning I left my laptop running because I did start downloading a game, when I came back after lunch, I immediately recognized that the mause cursor is lagging, so I restarted the pc and it was still present. So I though maybe it's just need a factory restart becase it is half a year since I bought it and i have some junk files there anyways. So I did it but it is still present, so I started looking and my laptop is overheating cpu around 80-90%c°on balanced mode, while no other app but dragon center is running, gaming mode is turn off and I made sure t

To help you with your concern, we'd like to suggest checking if there are unwanted applications running in the background. To check this, follow these steps below:

• Right-click on your Start Menu button on the Taskbar.
• Click Task Manager
• Under Processes, close any applications that are running in the background that are consuming resources on your laptop. Select the program and then click
  End Task.
  
• Next click the Details tab, choose the program that is consuming a lot of memory on your computer and then press
  End Task.
• Check if the cursor is responding slowly.

My Cursor is Lagging

Yes, It does.

I am currently attempting a fix I know is temporary.

Im doing this to see why the cursor starts lagging by seeing exactly when it starts lagging, and then checking event viewer.

Mouse cursor lag and slow down occasionally

Recently, I am encountering a mouse cursor lag problem on my PC (Win10)

The cursor occassionally lags when I move the mouse consistently

In the demonstration, I moved my mouse consistently towards right, but cursor stops moving at few instances

My mouse is Logitech G502, I believe my mouse has no problem because I tried it with my laptop (Win10) and it worked perfectly fine, the cursor never lagged and movement is consistent.

Any suggestions?
