My system is 64 bit but every program I download says 32 bit

This is happening after I re-installed Windows 10 from a USB, it was fine before. How can I get my programs to be 64 bit again? My laptop has been much slower and I think it's because everything I download turns to 32 bit (checked from Task Manager).

This is my system info:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

Processor not compatible with Windows 10? Intel Core i7-3632QM (2.2GHz) on Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 8.1

When I ran the Windows 10 upgrade compatibility check tool, it said that my processor was not supported by Windows 10. Is there anything I can do to prepare my system for Windows 10? Driver update or something?

Sony Vaio 14-inch touchscreen laptop

Processor: Intel Core i7-3632QM (2.2GHz)

8.0GB RAM

Currently running Windows 8.1

 

2 year old Dell Laptop - can't upgrade to Windows 11 - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU

I'm very disappointed to learn that my 2 year old laptop from Dell can not install Windows 11.

Originally it was unable to due to the TPM security stuff, but after going into the BIOS I was able to follow the recommended steps by Microsoft to resolve that issue.

Is there any chance I can still upgrade to Windows 11, or perhaps Windows will support the Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.5 Ghz in the near future... seems a real shame for such a recent machine to not be supported with this latest OS update.
